I have worked in some truly unique venues, successfully transforming their business, increasing sales, designing marketing strategies and managing complex changes.
I developed my expertise in London organising parties for members of The Dorchester Hotel before managing the commercial venues at Kensington Palace and planning events for FTSE 100 companies, royalty, celebrities and high net-worth individuals. I relocated to Sydney to manage functions, museum and household operations at Government House during a significant period of change. I have now returned to my Devon roots where I share my knowledge and experience with new and existing venue businesses and event organisers.
